SHIPPING POLICY
 
 
This Shipping Policy explains how and when we dispatch and deliver your order. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
 
 
WHERE WE SHIP
 
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
 
 
SHIPPING COST
 
We offer FREE shipping on all UK orders. There are no hidden delivery charges — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
 
 
PROCESSING TIME
 
Once you place your order, please allow 2-3 working days for us to process and dispatch it. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will begin processing on the next working day.
 
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a further notification once your order has been dispatched.
 
 
DELIVERY TIME
 
After dispatch, UK delivery typically takes 3-12 working days, depending on your location and the delivery service.
 
Please note that the total time from order to delivery is the processing time (2-3 working days) plus the delivery time (3-12 working days). All timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
 
 
DELAYS
 
While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver your order within the timeframes above, we are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier, customs, severe weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@demandstore.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
 
If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, please get in touch so we can investigate with the carrier.
 
 
TRACKING
 
Where a tracked service is used, we will include tracking details in your dispatch notification so you can follow your order's progress.
 
 
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
 
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
 
 
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
 
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us at info@demandstore.co.uk as soon as possible and within a reasonable time of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, including arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.
