REFUND POLICY

At Demand. we want you to be happy with your order. This Refund Policy explains your rights to cancel, return and obtain a refund. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

OUR 30-DAY RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order. This is longer than the statutory minimum because we want you to shop with confidence.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition that you received it and, where possible, in its original packaging. You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to check them, but the value of your refund may be reduced if an item is damaged through unnecessary handling or use.

- No restocking fee. We do not charge any fee for processing your return.
- No final sale items. Every item we sell can be returned within the 30-day window — we do not exclude any products from returns for change of mind.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email info@demandstore.co.uk with:

1. Your order number
2. Whether you are returning because you changed your mind, or reporting a fault
3. For faults: a brief description and, if possible, a photo

Once your return is confirmed, please send the goods to our returns address:

Please include your order number with the returned goods so we can identify your order and process your refund quickly.

RETURN POSTAGE

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

For faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, we will cover the cost of return postage — see the section below.

YOUR REFUND

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing proof that you have returned them, whichever is sooner.

We will refund the price you paid for the goods plus the standard delivery cost of getting them to you. If you chose a faster or more expensive delivery option, we refund the cost of our standard delivery only. We do not refund the cost of returning the goods to us for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds are made to your original payment method. There is no restocking or processing fee.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (CONSUMER CANCELLATION RIGHTS)

Separately from our 30-day returns above, if you are a consumer you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To cancel, contact us at info@demandstore.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days, and our refund terms above apply.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS

Your rights here are in addition to our 30-day returns and your right to change your mind.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described:

- Within 30 days of receiving them: you have the right to reject the goods and receive a full refund.
- After 30 days and within 6 months: you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible or is unsuccessful, you are entitled to a refund.
- After 6 months: you may still have rights, but you may need to show the fault was present at the time of delivery.

If your goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, we will cover the cost of return postage. Please contact us at info@demandstore.co.uk with your order number and a photo or description of the issue and we will arrange this for you.
